QA TEST SERVICES

We are able conduct quality assurance inspections of consumer electronics products that can be carried out on or off site in accordance with the normal or special sampling plan levels of BS6001 / ISO2859 or alternatively in accordance with specific customer requirements.

TECHNICAL CONSTRUCTION FILE (TCF)

The R & TTE and the recently revised EMC Directives require that the manufacturer or importer must keep an up to date Technical Construction File (TCF) for all electronic products which they place on the market within the EU.  

The TCF must contain detailed technical documentation of the product with complete design details, evidence to demonstrate product compliance, user guides and Declarations of Conformity. Our experienced staff can assist with the compilation, assessment and management of the product TCF and where applicable can liaise with Notified Bodies on your behalf.

ENGINEERING CHANGE (ECR) MANAGEMENT

Throughout the production life of a product it is sometimes necessary to make engineering modifications in order to accommodate component changes and other alterations. Control over such changes is important not only from a qualitative aspect but also on commercial and administrative levels. We can assist in the assessment of proposed engineering changes at both theoretical and practical levels with recommendations being provided.
